I’m so exhausted mentally and physically. I’m so tired of absolutely everything. I wish you could tell just how hard I tried for you, how hard I tried to be what you wanted, needed. I knew it was coming, I knew. I just didn’t want to believe it, I couldn’t make myself realize that the end was coming. I was never very bright when it came to things like this, when it came to feelings and love. I could pour my heart out to you and you’d completely shrug me off. I could tell you how I feel, how unwanted and how I feel like I’ll never be enough for you and you wouldn’t reassure me at all, you’d point out my flaws and all I could say was that I’ll try harder. That’s all I did, was try harder. But yet, it still wasn’t enough, nor will it ever be. I felt fine at first since I was slowly readying myself for the blow, but now that a bit of time has gone by, it’s hit me hard. Hard. But it’s not like you really care, it’s not like you ever really did. Right? You’ve managed to damage me more and more over time and I should have known that you were no good for me. I should have known. All your words were lies and it’s obvious now, that you never gave a damn. And here I am, caring way too much. Everything reminds me of you and it hurts, a lot. You make me feel so pathetic and it sucks. I’m done with all of your bullshit, I won’t cave in this time. I can promise you that.
